4 years agoPhiladelphia Phillies second baseman Jean Segura went 0-for-3 with two strikeouts in a loss to the Mets on Sunday. It was a brutal matchup vs Mets' ace Jacob deGrom, but Segura was struggling coming into the game as well. Segura is now just three hits in his last 19 at bats and hasn't driven in a run since August 31. The good news for fantasy managers is Segura is getting on base thanks to a 12.5 percent walk rate, but that's about all he's been doing. He has just two stolen bases and without thefts his fantasy appeal is limited to a low-end starter at a weak second base position in 12-plus team leagues.--Mike Schwarzenbach - RotoBaller
