Jed Lowrie Blasts Three-Run Bomb In Win At Detroit
3 years agoOakland Athletics second baseman Jed Lowrie went 1-for-2 with a three-run homer in a win over the Tigers on Thursday. Lowrie has been out of the lineup more often since the team acquired Josh Harrison at the trade deadline as Harrison, not Lowrie, has seen the bulk of the playing time at the keystone. Lowrie was the DH in this game, but was pinch-hit for by Khris Davis in the fourth inning. He's always a homer threat when he's in the lineup, but fantasy managers in redraft leagues can likely do better than Lowrie to fill the 2B spot.
