3 years agoOakland Athletics second baseman Jed Lowrie went 2-for-3 with a walk and a run scored in a win over the Angels on Friday. Lowrie was the DH in this game as playing time will get tight in the Oakland infield thanks to the addition of Josh Harrison from Washington. It was Tony Kemp, however, that was at the keystone in this game as the 2B/OF hybrid no longer has a need to play left field with Starling Marte in town. Lowrie has been solid at times this season for fantasy with a .260/.330/.410 slash line and 11 homers, but he may not get enough playing time to justify a roster spot in most fantasy leagues moving forward.--Mike Schwarzenbach - RotoBaller
