2 years agoNew York Mets infielder/outfielder Jeff McNeil (knee) was forced to exit early during Wednesday's game against the San Francisco Giants. He crashed into the wall while trying to catch a foul ball during the fourth inning. He was able to get up on his own, so that's always a good sign. The organization is calling the injury a left knee contusion. He is considered day-to-day, so hopefully he'll be back in the lineup on Friday.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
