4 years agoNew York Mets second baseman Jeff McNeil is not in the starting lineup for Saturday's game against the Tampa Bay Rays. McNeil started at designated hitter for the Mets on Friday, though he was out of the lineup on Wednesday due to a cramp in his leg which also forced him from Tuesday's game against Baltimore. Manager Luis Rojas indicated that McNeil did not suffer a setback on Friday, so the decision to sit him on Saturday was somewhat odd. Rojas expects McNeil to be back in the Mets' lineup for Sunday's finale against the Rays. Notwithstanding, daily league fantasy managers should monitor lineups before committing to McNeil on Sunday.--Nick Ritrivi - RotoBaller
