6 years agoMontreal Canadiens defenseman Jeff Petry had a goal and an assist, each on the power play, in Tuesday's 3-2 victory against the Calgary Flames. In the second period, Petry launched one from the faceoff circle to beat goaltender David Rittich, as the veteran rearguard recorded his 100th point in a Habs sweater. He is enjoying life on the team's top defensive pairing, posting eight helpers through eight contests with four points (1G, 3 A) coming on the man advantage. Petry already has three multi-point performances, too, as he has really emerged as a useful fantasy option in most formats.--Daniel Dobish
