3 years agoMontreal Canadiens defenseman Jeff Petry has been ruled out indefinitely with a lower-body injury. He was hurt in Thursday's 4-3 loss to Florida and the veteran rearguard could now very well be done for the season, with only a month to go and the Canadiens having nothing to play for. The team also ruled out Jonathan Drouin (upper body) indefinitely on Friday. Petry set himself very high standards last season and hasn't lived up to them in 2021-22, posting only 16 points across 57 outings.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
