5 years agoBuffalo Sabres forward Jeff Skinner scored his second goal of the season on Monday night, increasing his point total to three in three games. The Sabres have picked up points in all three games so far this season, with two wins and an overtime loss, but we won't start laying down money on Buffalo Sabres future bets just yet, as they also started hot last season before going back down to the basement. Goaltender Linus Ullmark made 40 saves in the loss, while Marcus Johansson and Victor Olofsson with this third goal of the season, rounded out the scoring for the Sabres. --Nate Duffett
