Jeff Wilson Jr. Held To Seven Yards In Week 12 Win
3 years agoSan Francisco 49ers running back Jeff Wilson Jr. rushed twice for five yards and caught a two-yard pass to finish with seven total yards during a 34-26 Week 12 win over the Minnesota Vikings. Wilson had the opportunity to shine against Jacksonville in Week 11, but he failed to do much, churning out 50 yards on 19 carries and whiffing on an open end zone target. Wilson returned to a fringe role behind Elijah Mitchell, who has been dominant with four 100 yard rushing performances as a rookie. Wilson is an RB5 if he retains his current role with Mitchell and Deebo Samuel used as the primary ball carriers, making him a player to avoid in fantasy lineups moving forward.
