3 years agoSan Francisco 49ers running back Jeff Wilson Jr. carried 13 times for 56 yards during a 26-23 overtime win against the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 14. Wilson spent much of the season rehabbing a knee injury he sustained in the offseason and has yet to flash the explosiveness he generated last season since returning. The lack of targets in the passing game is also concerning. Zero targets against the Bengals capped his ceiling to 5.6 PPR points, which falls below the mark of a quality RB3. Elijah Mitchell is the RB1 in the offense and will likely return against the Atlanta Falcons in Week 15, but Wilson is worth stashing for injury insurance. He is an RB4 that is touchdown-dependent.--Matt MacKay - RotoBaller
