5 years agoThe San Francisco 49ers signed running back Jeffery Wilson Jr. to the practice squad on Sunday. Wilson was cut from the team after running for 178 yards and four touchdowns during the preseason. Even with Jerick McKinnon (knee) going on IR, Wilson couldn't crack the 53-man roster. The 49ers will roll with Tevin Coleman, Matt Breida and Raheem Mostert to start the year along with true fullback Kyle Juszczyk. A second-year pro, Wilson saw action in six NFL games last season, rushing for 266 yards and 98 receiving yards. Without catastrophic injuries to the men above him, Wilson won’t be a fantasy factor in 2019.--Andrew Le - RotoBaller
