7 years agoWashington Nationals manager Dave Martinez said that starting pitcher Jefry Rodriguez will be moved to the bullpen for the rest of the year to limit his innings. Rodriguez was 2-2 with a 5.58 ERA, 1.61 WHIP and weak 6.2 K/9 in nine outings (seven starts) over 40 1/3 innings this year with the Nats, so he obviously wasn't much of a fantasy weapon. He threw an additional 100 2/3 frames on the farm with Double-A Harrisburg and Triple-A Syracuse after throwing 57 innings for High-A Potomac in 2017.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
