6 years agoThe San Francisco 49ers released running back Jeremy McNichols when rosters were cut down to 53 players on Saturday. McNichols was facing an uphill battle to make the final roster after the team signed veteran Alfred Morris. Morris and Matt Breida will share a heavy workload with Jerick McKinnon (knee) done for the year, while Raheem Mostert will serve as the No. 3.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
