5 years agoSan Francisco 49ers head coach Kyle Shanahan suggested running back Jerick McKinnon (knee) could be activated from the PUP on Thursday. McKinnon, who missed all of 2018 with a torn ACL will look to receive his first meaningful snaps with the Niners while battling with Tevin Coleman and Breida for playing time. The versatile McKinnon recorded 991 scrimmage yards and five touchdowns in 2017 on 201 touches with the Minnesota Vikings. He’ll be a risky draft option as RotoBaller’s 32nd-ranked running back coming off a major injury and facing an uncertain workload.
