2 years agoCleveland Browns running back Jerome Ford carried the ball 10 times for 57 yards and a touchdown in a 24-13 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars in Friday's preseason game. Ford also caught four of his five targets for 45 yards and a touchdown in the win. The fifth-round rookie out of Cincinnati was Cleveland's offensive star on Friday, scoring both of the team's offensive touchdowns. Ford is slated to play behind Nick Chubb, Kareem Hunt, and D'Ernest Johnson but he could make an impact in 2022 if there is an injury in front of him or if Cleveland grants Hunt a trade out of town.
