2 years agoThe Cleveland Browns have reached an agreement with free-agent tight end Jesse James. This is a solid signing for the Browns who need depth at the position. The former fifth round pick hasn't done much in the NFL since his days with the Pittsburgh Steelers. In fact, James has been targeted less than 30 times per season each of the last three years. He'll sit at third on the depth chart behind David Njoku and Harrison Bryant. James does have the talent to make plays, but isn't expected to play a ton in Cleveland.
