6 years agoCincinnati Reds outfielder Jesse Winker batted leadoff in Wednesday's loss to the Rockies, going 2-for-4 with a single, a double and a walk. The 24-year-old rookie has battled for playing time this season in a crowded outfield with Billy Hamilton, Adam Duvall and Scott Schebler and has a .250/.359/.327 slash line in 198 plate appearances.
