7 years agoCincinnati Reds outfielder Jesse Winker (shoulder) has missed the last two games with a sore right shoulder and could land on the disabled list if he doesn't show improvement. "I'm concerned about it," president of baseball operations Dick Williams said. "We want to dig into it and make sure we have a really good handle for what it is. I could see us taking the conservative approach because his long-term health is really important to us." It's a shame, since Winker has been playing better of late and was seeing consistent at-bats with Scott Schebler on the DL.
