3 years agoCincinnati Reds outfielder Jesse Winker went 3-for-5 with a homer, two runs, and two RBI in a 4-2 win over the St. Louis Cardinals on Thursday. Winker took St. Louis starter Adam Wainwright deep in the second inning to give the Reds a 3-2 lead in the ballgame. The veteran outfielder has been exceptional at the plate this year, hitting .348 with 14 homers, 39 runs, and 31 RBI over 187 at-bats. Winker is already just two homers shy of tying his career-high of 16, which he set back in 2019. He has been one of the top fantasy outfielders in the league this year and needs to remain locked into starting lineups going forward.--Matt T - RotoBaller
