7 years agoCincinnati Reds outfielder Jesse Winker played a big part in the Reds' seventh inning rally against the Cubs on Sunday. Winker entered as a pinch hitter and proceeded to line an opposite-field three-run home run into the left field seats. Winker actually got to hit again in the inning, but ended it with a strikeout. The 24-year-old has been on fire lately, hitting .357 with two HR and seven RBI in his last six games. While he may still have to fight for playing time in a crowded outfield, Winker should get plenty of at-bats if he continues to hit like this.--Connelly Doan - RotoBaller
