2 years agoSeattle Mariners outfielder Jesse Winker (back) will return to the starting lineup for Friday's game against the Texas Rangers. He exited early on Monday due to back spasms and ended up missing the rest of the series. It looks like Winker is well rested and ready to get back on the field. He'll bat cleanup and play left field against right-hander Josh Sborz on Friday. On paper, this is a favorable spot for Winker against the Rangers' shaky bullpen.
