4 years agoJessica Andrade (21-9) learned on Saturday that it wasn't so easy to drop weight and try to defeat the flyweight queen Valentina Shevchenko. Andrade made it out of the first round but suffered a second-round TKO loss. Through 8:19 of action, Andrade landed 10 significant strikes (47 total strikes) but was taken down on all seven of Shevchenko's attempts. If Andrade chooses to stay at this weight class, she will still remain a huge problem for any fighter wanting to climb above her.
