Jets Attempting To Lure Kyle Long Out Of Retirement
4 years agoThe New York Jets have revamped their offensive line this offseason, but they might not be done adding quite yet. The organization has reportedly talked to retired offensive guard Kyle Long about playing for them in 2020. The former first-round pick decided to call it a career in January after battling multiple injuries. He played seven seasons with the Chicago Bears but spent the majority of the time on the sidelines with injuries during his last few seasons. Jets general manager Joe Douglas was able to talk Ryan Kalil out of retirement last year, so maybe Douglas will be able to do the same thing with Long.
