4 years agoThe New York Jets snagged kicker Chase McLaughlin off of waivers from the Jaguars on Monday, giving the team a new kicker in the mix heading into its Week 15 matchup versus the Rams. Things came off the rails for Sergio Castillo during Sunday's loss to Seattle, as he made his first kick before proceeding to miss his next three. On the year, Castillo has gone 8-for-13 on field goals, opening the door for competition. McLaughlin is in the midst of his second professional season but has already signed on with his eighth different organization. It's unclear at this stage if McLaughlin will kick in turn of Castillo on Sunday, but there's little reason to eye whomever the Jets roll out at kicker from a fantasy perspective.--Jesse Borek
