3 years agoThe New York Jets expect left tackle Mekhi Becton (knee), who only played in one game this year due to a frustrating knee injury, to be ready for offseason workouts this spring. Weight has been an issue for Becton since before he entered the NFL, and it sabotaged his rehab this season. The second-year left tackle stands at 6-foot-7, 370 pounds and can be a difference-maker for New York's offensive line, but he'll need to get healthy and in shape this offseason. Becton officially dislocated his right kneecap in the first game of the season and his recovery timeline was initially around two months. He is critical to the Jets offensive success moving forward and for young quarterback Zach Wilson, so it's worth watching Becton's rehab this offseason.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
