3 years agoThe New York Jets placed wide receiver Braxton Berrios (quadriceps) on Injured Reserve on Friday, so he will not play in the Week 18 regular season finale on Sunday against the Buffalo Bills. In 16 games this year, Berrios had 46 catches for 431 yards and two touchdowns, also carrying the ball seven times for 40 yards and two more touchdowns. He also leads the NFL in kickoff return yardage at 30.4. The 26-year-old had taken on a bigger role in recent weeks with Jamison Crowder and rookie Elijah Moore sidelined, and Berrios made fantasy managers that took a chance on him last week very happy when he had two touchdowns (one rushing, one receiving) on eight catches for 65 yards. With Moore out in Week 18 and Crowder questionable, the Jets could be down to Keelan Cole, Denzel Mims and Jeff Smith as their pass-catchers.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
