6 years agoThe New York Jets released running back Charcandrick West and place kicker Taylor Bertolet this weekend as they trimmed their final roster down to 53 players. West was just signed at the end of August. Bilal Powell, rookie Trenton Cannon and Elijah McGuire will fill in behind Isaiah Crowell in the backfield. Bertolet's release signals that Jason Myers has won the kicking job. For a Jets offense that could be inconsistent, Myers isn't worth drafting.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
