3 years agoSan Francisco 49ers wide receiver Deebo Samuel remains adamant he wants to be traded. While several clubs throughout the league have expressed interest in acquiring his services, the Jets remain a favorite to strike a deal ahead of the 2022-23 season. General manager Joe Douglas is prepared to make a move for Samuel, with the No. 10 overall pick of the NFL Draft remaining on the table. The Jets also possess the No. 4 selection, although it's reported that New York will use that to bolster its defensive unit. Nonetheless, Samuel's fantasy outlook isn't getting any brighter, and he also wants to be cast exclusively as a wide receiver as opposed to his current hybrid role in San Francisco.
