Jets Sign Veteran Running Back Frank Gore
5 years agoThe New York Jets have reached an agreement with veteran running back Frank Gore on a one-year deal. The 36-year-old finds a new home in New York and reunites with head coach Adam Gase. They were together in Miami during the 2018-2019 season. The future Hall of Fame running back rushed for 599 yards with two touchdowns last season. He won't be the starter in New York, but should see his fair share of work. Gase is wants to lighten the load on star running back Le'Veon Bell. The addition of Gore should give the Jets some reliable depth behind Bell.
