6 years agoNew York Mets closer Jeurys Familia (shoulder soreness) was activated off of the 10-day disabled list on Sunday. Familia should slide right back into his role as closer as he did not require a rehab stint. He has had a fairly good season so far with a 2.48 ERA and 14 saves through 28 appearances. The Mets have been incredibly streaky this year, but Familia has been a model of consistency. He should continue to rack up saves whenever the opportunity presents itself.--Raymond Harrison - RotoBaller
