3 years agoMinnesota Twins pitcher Jhoan Duran allowed one walk while striking out five across two scoreless innings in Saturday's 1-0 win over the Oakland Athletics. He entered the eighth inning with a one-run lead and recorded six outs to earn the save on Saturday. The 24-year-old has electric stuff, posting a 3.68 ERA, 0.89 WHIP, and a 24: 3 K: BB across 14 2/3 innings in 2022. Duran is 2-for-2 in save opportunities and should be rostered in all league formats as he will be in the mix with Emilio Pagan to be the team's primary closer.--Brad Camara - RotoBaller
