Jhoulys Chacin Looks Good Again In Short Outing
7 years agoMilwaukee Brewers starting pitcher Jhoulys Chacin went 5 2/3 innings pitched on Wednesday, giving up four hits, two runs and one walk while striking out three in the 6-2 win over the Kansas City Royals. Chacin only threw 64 pitches, however, he got himself into a jam in the sixth inning and Dan Jennings got him out of it. Chacin now lowers his ERA down to 3.99 after starting the year with a 7.00 ERA after two starts. With Wade Miley possibly joining the rotation in the coming days, Chacin or Brent Suter could be pitchers on the chopping block in the rotation. Stay tuned.
