Ji-Man Choi Has Monster Day At The Plate
3 years agoTampa Bay Rays' first baseman Ji-Man Choi went 4-for-5 with a home run, two doubles, three RBI, and two additional runs scored during Saturday's 8-2 win over the guardians. He put the Rays on the scoreboard with a solo shot off J.C. Mejia in the top of the first inning. The Rays' first baseman added an RBI double in the seventh inning and an RBI single during the ninth frame. He's been on an absolute tear recently and has now homered in back-to-back games. The 30-year-old is slashing .500/.545/1.300 with two home runs, six RBI, and four runs scored over his last 11 plate appearances. Fantasy managers can use Choi as a streamer while he continues to wield a scorching bat.
