3 years agoTampa Bay Rays first baseman Ji-Man Choi is absent from Wednesday's lineup to take on the Toronto Blue Jays. Choi is slashing .242/.349/.434 with 10 HRs over 70 games, making him a good player in OBP leagues specifically. However, he's hitting just .203 with no home runs over 66 plate appearances against lefties, so with Robbie Ray on the mound, he will take a seat. Jordan Luplow will take Choi's spot at first base and bat seventh. Luplow's having a productive season with a .776 OPS and 10 HRs in 56 games but has put up uncharacteristically poor numbers against lefties this season with a .167/.323/.359 slash line. Fantasy managers can look elsewhere for outfield help.--Spencer Seguin - RotoBaller
