4 years agoUnfortunately, Jimmy Crute (12-2) sustained an injury to his ankle on Saturday night, leading to the doctor stopping the bout at the conclusion of Round 1. Through one complete round of action, Crute landed 18 significant strikes (34 total strikes) and landed all three of his takedown attempts. Prior to the loss, Crute had won his last two bouts in a row, both by first-round knockout. There is no reason why Crute cannot rebound from this loss and turn things around.--Matt Bricker - RotoBaller
