2 years agoAfter taking his physical on Tuesday at training camp, San Francisco 49ers quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo (shoulder) wasn't placed on the Physically Unable to Perform list. Although Garoppolo isn't expected to get back on a practice field until mid-August after having offseason shoulder surgery, it's good news for his availability for the start of the regular season, which will almost certainly be with another organization. The Niners also publicly admitted on Tuesday that they've officially moved on from Jimmy G to Trey Lance at the position. The Seattle Seahawks and Houston Texans make the most sense for the 30-year-old signal-caller, but there's no guarantee he'd be starting right away in either scenario.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
