5 years agoWhen the San Francisco 49ers play the Dallas Cowboys on August 10th, quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo won't be suiting up. Garoppolo is recovering from a torn ACL that he suffered during the 2018 season, so head coach Kyle Shanahan is going to play it easy with his starting quarterback. He should be good to go when the regular season rolls around, but don't be surprised to see him take few snaps -- if any -- in the preseason. Nick Mullens and C.J.
