Jimmy Graham Bounces Back In Week 13
6 years agoGreen Bay Packers tight end Jimmy Graham (thumb) had a season-high eight receptions in a Week 13 loss against the Arizona Cardinals. Graham had 50 yards receiving on the day. Graham has been playing through a broken thumb but is still one of Green Bay’s better receiving options. The stat line isn’t overly impressive, but Graham hasn’t been a fantasy behemoth at any point this year. Green Bay prefers to throw to their wide receivers in the red zone which has limited Graham’s production. A serviceable performance like the one he just had is a big improvement over recent weeks and is about the most we can expect from a player who doesn’t currently have all of his fingers. Ideally you would have a better option at tight end than Graham as we enter the fantasy playoffs, but you can do a lot worse if you are in a pinch. Graham should be considered a high-end TE2 going forward.
