3 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers pitcher Jimmy Nelson (back) could be activated from the 10-day injured list either Sunday or Tuesday. He will throw a simulated game on Thursday, and how he responds will determine what day the right-hander returns. Nelson has been sidelined since early July with a left lumbar strain. The 32-year-old owns a terrific 2.00 ERA, 0.93 WHIP, and a 41:13 K: BB across 27 innings in 2021.
