6 years agoMilwaukee Brewers starter Jimmy Nelson was superb in his third rehab start Friday night. He went 5.2 shutout innings striking out eight batters while giving up three hits and a walk for his second victory. Nelson stated he didn't feel "fatigued" after throwing 86 pitches in the outing as he'll likely have another start or two before joining the Brewers rotation. Nelson missed the entire 2018 campaign after undergoing shoulder surgery and appears to be near full health after this outing. He holds a 3.77 ERA with 16 strikeouts in 14.1 IP in Triple-A and is worth a stash in deep leagues. Nelson hopes to return to the majors by month's end, and he'll provide significant fantasy relevance upon his return.--Riley Mrack - RotoBaller
