4 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers relief pitcher Jimmy Nelson (forearm) was placed on the 10-day injured list on Sunday with right forearm inflammation, according to Fabian Ardaya of The Athletic. After several injury-plagued seasons, Nelson was looking good out of the bullpen for Los Angeles this season, posting a 2.41 ERA with 30 strikeouts in 18 2/3 innings of work. When healthy, Nelson is a decent option in deeper SV/HLD formats thanks to his 39 percent strikeout rate and two holds in 16 appearances.--Michael Grennell - RotoBaller
