3 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers pitcher Jimmy Nelson (elbow) was placed on the 10-day injured list with right elbow inflammation on Wednesday. He returned from the injured list on July 25 and tossed three innings before landing on the shelf again. The severity of Nelson's injury is unknown at this time, and he's considered day-to-day. The 32-year-old has now been placed on the injured list three times this season. Nelson owns a terrific 1.86 ERA, 0.93 WHIP, and a 44:13 K: BB across 27 innings in 2021.
