3 years agoAtlanta Braves outfielder Joc Pederson will make his first start with the team on Saturday, as he will bat leadoff against the Rays. Pederson was acquired from the Cubs earlier this week, after slashing .230/.300/.418 with 11 homers, two steals, 39 RBI and 35 runs scored over 73 games with Chicago. This has the makings of a good game for Pederson going up against Rays starter Josh Fleming, as Pederson is hitting .271 against left-handed pitching this year, however all 11 of his home runs have come off right-handed pitching.--Michael Grennell - RotoBaller
