Joe Burrow Having Normal Offseason
2 years agoCincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow (knee), who shed the knee brace he wore on his surgically repaired left knee all last year, is having his first reasonably normal offseason. "I've just been able to focus on the entirety of myself, weight room and conditioning, on field, throwing, mechanics, all of it, not really focusing on the knee," Burrow said. Despite being the most-sacked quarterback in 2021 due to an atrocious offensive line, Burrow led the Bengals to a Super Bowl appearance and will be a midrange QB1 target with what should be an improved O-line in 2022. The 25-year-old had a league-high 70.4% completion percentage in 2021 and threw for 4,611 yards, 34 touchdowns and 14 interceptions on 520 attempts during the regular season.
