Joe Burrow Leads Bengals To Win Over Jaguars
3 years agoCincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow finished with 348 yards and two touchdowns on 25-for-32 passing during the Thursday Night Football win over the Jaguars. Burrow couldn't get anything going during the first half but turned things around in the second. Tight end C.J. Uzomah was responsible for aiding in both of the former LSU Tiger's scoring throws, pulling in a 22-yard pass early in the third quarter before capping off the night with a 31-yard catch in the fourth. Still, the biggest takeaway of the evening was Burrow's mobility, which was a welcome sight for a player who entered the 2021 campaign coming off a significant knee injury. Nonetheless, the 24-year-old will have arguably his most challenging task of the year when Aaron Rodgers and the Packers head to town in Week 5. However, he is still worth a start in nearly all formats, especially since he has played so well this season.
