Joe Burrow Returns To Team Drills With No Limitations

2 years agoCincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow (appendix) was scheduled to take part in 11-on-11 team drills in training camp practice on Wednesday without limitations. "I could go out there and play but I'm not where I want to be yet," Burrow said. The 25-year-old had an appendectomy on July 26 and has been brought along slowly since, but barring a setback of some kind, he's expected to be ready for Week 1 against the Pittsburgh Steelers. After leading the Bengals to the Super Bowl in just his second NFL in a bounce-back year after a serious knee injury in his rookie season, Burrow has quickly become a strong QB1 option for fantasy managers once the elite names come off the board.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
