5 years agoDenver Broncos quarterback Joe Flacco struggled mightily in his debut with the team on Monday evening, resulting in a 16-24 loss to the Oakland Raiders. The veteran quarterback struggled all game long, not managing to accurately connect with his receivers and looking lost at times in the offense. Flacco connected on 21 of 31 passing attempts, for 286 yards and one touchdown. The signal-caller heads into Week 2 with a matchup against the daunting Chicago Bears Defense, Flacco needs to prove himself before being considered in any lineups moving forward.--Matthew.McGough
