6 years agoMinnesota Twins first baseman Joe Mauer went 3-for-5 with a double, a run, and one RBI in his team's 8-3 win over the Toronto Blue Jays on Monday. The three-hit game raises Mauer's batting average to .285 with three homers, 34 runs, and 30 RBI on the year. Mauer isn't a fantasy factor in standard leagues but he still holds some value in AL-only formats, especially those that count on-base percentage. He will take on Blue Jays left-hander Ryan Borucki on Tuesday.--Matt T - RotoBaller
