6 years agoMinnesota Twins first baseman Joe Mauer (concussion) was nearing a return from the 10-day disabled list but he reportedly suffered a setback while fielding grounders before Thursday's game against the Cleveland Indians. Mauer does not have a timetable for his return, but he's optimistic it won't be a long-term setback. The long-time Twin has been on the DL since May 19 after diving during a game against the Los Angeles Angels. Mauer is batting .283 with one homer, 18 runs, and 11 RBI in 2018.--Matt T - RotoBaller
