4 years agoCincinnati Bengals running back Joe Mixon (foot) has been one of the most watched practice participants of 2020 over the past handful of weeks, yet Thursday provided little by way of progress in his return from a foot injury. Mixon has been listed as a "DNP" both Wednesday and Thursday, leading to the belief that Giovani Bernard will once again be tasked with lead back duties while Samaje Perine backs him up. With an extended absence such as the one that Mixon is going through, even if he does get cleared to play versus Washington on Sunday, he'll likely be severely limited, thereby not making him much of a fantasy asset.
